The Wonderful Power of Love

Love is an emotion or feeling you have about someone or something. It contains a sentimental emotion of joy and a mixture of many other positive feelings. Love means many different things to me. Different types of love are shown to varied things and people. If you are related to the person you love, such as a parent, it is not the same type of love you show to a husband or wife; even though you love both your parents and your partner in life, you show your love to them in diverse ways. You can show love to your husband or wife by bringing them roses and other honored gifts. You show love to your parents by hugging them, listening to them, and caring about them. In Romeo and Juliet, Romeo loves Juliet as a wife. He cares about her and has emotions for her. In school, friends say that they love each other showing respect for something the other student has done and honoring them. The main kind of love I show is to my parents. This affects me because I do as asked, respect them, and truly love them. I listen to them, try to cheer them up when they are feeling sad, and care for them. The way love mostly means to me is to have positive feelings for someone and to care about them!
