The quote that I chose was "Life is like a box of chocolates." This quote was said by Forest Gump. He said this quote in the movie "Forest Gump." The first time that I heard this quote was when I first saw the movie. When I heard this, I was like wow this is so true. This quote, to me, means that your life is like a box of chocolates. When I say this I mean that unexpected things happen everyday in your life. This relates to a box of chocolates because when you open a box of chocolates you never really know what kind your going to get. This quote is significant to me because you should live your life not mad about what you don't get, but appreciating what you do get. There are some people in this world receive a lot less than most people. To me more people should live their lives this way because it would make them more appreciative about what they receive instead of what they do not have. So, this is why I chose this quote.

This is one of my favorite quotes. I hate when someone is complaining about their life, when they actually have it pretty well. If only everyone thought that "Life is like a box of chocolates," maybe there would be less crime, because people would appreciative what they have.
