“In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different.” - Coco Chanel
This is a very powerful quote said by Coco Chanel, a famous fashion designer in the 1950's. This quote to me is a very meaningful one. It means that to be irreplaceable, you have to be different from everyone else. And be your own person and don't be a follower, be a leader. When you are different from other people, people start to notice and start liking you better because you are not following the crowd or trying to be like everyone else. And if you are scared no one will like you if you try to be your own self, well take the risk and be unique. Then when other people see you being different, they will start to be different themselves. They have probably wanted to be different all along but just did not have enough confidence to do it. And you helped them with that. Also people don't like people that can't be their own self cause then you get labeled as being unoriginal. And you don't want that. So next time you wanna follow the crowd, remember this quote. And always be a leader not a follower.

ReplyDeleteCoco ad a good point. Most people follow the crowd, but if you're just like everyone else who's really going to notice you? People base beauty on size, hair color, clothes. Shouldn't we have our own unique style? I believe people would get much more recognition for standing out. Blending in is way to boring.
