Love can come in many shapes,
sizes, and forms. My family and the Lord are the people who I love the most.
When my dad surprises me with donuts for breakfast, he’s demonstrating his love
for me. To me love can take many forms. From elephants to ants, love knows no
boundaries. I’ve experienced lots of love in my life. From little things to big
things, love is all around me. The first people I ever loved and the first
people to ever love me back was my family. Their love is unconditional. No
matter what I say or do they never stop loving me. Knowing I have the love of
family and friends carries me through times of joy and sorrow. Because I’m
raised in a house that celebrates and embraces love, I’m able to give love to
others as well. Sometimes just doing things for the ones I love makes me happy.
Some examples include helping my parents with my little sister and helping with
things around the house. Besides my family, my next greatest love is for the
Lord. I rejoice in the knowledge that I am loved by a higher power and that He
loves me no matter the circumstances. In closing, love affects my life daily. I
look forward to the experiences in my future where love will play an important
role. Until then, I’ll continue to enjoy, give, and receive the love that surrounds
me.
I thought your idea of love was very deep and you gave lots of good examples. I liked how you explained that love comes in many different shapes, sizes, and forms. I also liked how you explained how love surrounds you through your family and God. Good job.
