Game's On
Ender Wiggin is an eleven year old boy with the brain power to save an entire nation. Though the boy is only at the age of eleven his mind extends to the far reaches of knowledge. This why I love the character of Ender Wiggin. He is a mastermind trapped in the body of nothing but an underling. This, of course, is a set back for Ender in a few ways, but it doesn't stop him from facing his fears in a intellectual manner. The sheer cunning of his character glows and the his skill is greater than all other. Although in every other story there is a conflict, yet it's different. He never shows fear and yet cries out of sight. He hates violence, yet kills two boys with his bare hands. This is also interesting for the fact that he has more than one conflict. Though even when beaten and drawing blood, he doesn't quit. It sounds like every other mythical story, but this one give a little deeper meaning. It shows how an innocent child grows to be an unwillingly harmful beast, but at the same time, gentle and relaxed. All these characteristics describe Ender Wiggin, and that is why he is my most idolized book character.
