The Boy Who Never Grew Up

Have you ever wanted to remain a child? You wouldn’t have much responsibility, worry about jobs, or worry about adult problems. Your only worry would be getting a scraped knee. The main character, Peter Pan, in the book, Peter Pan, never grows up.

The fictional character, Peter, is a boy who lives in Neverland, an island in a star. Peter is the leader of five boys, who are nicknamed the Lost Boys. Since the boys are orphans and look up to Peter, he took on the role of being their guardian, as well as their friend. Peter meets a girl in the real world and takes her to Neverland. The girl, Wendy, is introduced to the lost boys who she surprisingly becomes quite fond of.

No one really wants to grow up, which is why I am like Peter Pan. I admire him because he is witty and very caring for young children. I enjoyed reading about him and his adventures.

I think everyone should make time to read about Peter Pan and fall in love with him just as I did!
