Felt, Not Seen

Love is a powerful action. It's simple to spell, but often difficult to define. In the world today, there are many different depictions of what love may be. Many are fooled by the image of love that movies and books often portray. To me, love isn't something that you can see; it is felt. It can be damaging & frightful, but it can also be beautiful and joyous. Love takes on all different forms. The way I love my family and friends is different from my love for Jesus Christ. It plays a huge aspect in the lives of everyone, whether they have come to realize it or not. We all came from the love that Jesus poured out for us on the cross because without him, we wouldn't be here. Love is putting other's feelings before your own. It is not jealous or boastful. It is unconditional. 3 consonants, 1 vowel, yet so much worth in one word. When you find someone who you believe you truly love, never let them go because they were put there for a reason. To love and be loved is one of the most powerful things.
