Deciding if you're actually in love with someone seems like an easy task, but often proves more difficult. In simplest terms, it is a task for your heart, not for your eyes. Your heart will guide you in the right direction if you don't let your eyes interfere too much. You shouldn't base true love on physical attributes or wealth. "True love" should be based on the emotional connections you share with another. If you are truly in love with someone, you will eventually accept them for who they are on the outside. With this said, the statement "Love is blind" couldn't be more true.
If someone's beauty is only skin deep, they really don't have anything else to offer you. Love should have very little to do with one's physical appearance. It should be purely based on who someone is on the inside. Basing love on one's physical appearance will eventually lead to failure. The next time you judge a person solely on their outer appearance, one would be wise enough to think twice. They may have something great to offer that doesn't necessarily meet the eye.
Excellent thesis and evidence to support it!
