What About Love?

What about love? Why is it so sought after? Why is everyone looking for love? Why does everyone want to meet "the perfect someone"? They want to because they have seen it everywhere and they want to be a part of it. They want to love someone like Romeo loved Juliet, like Scarlett O'Hara loved Rhett Butler in the 1939 classic Gone With The Wind. Then when they finally start dating, they are never satisfied, they are constantly breaking up and finding the next "perfect mate". You constantly hear about people breaking up and getting divorced. This always makes me wonder. Is this love? Cycling through every possible match until you find the right one? If it is, do you really want to be a part of it?

  2. "Then when they finally start dating, they are never satisfied, they are constantly breaking up and finding the next 'perfect mate'." I disagree with this statement entirely. If what you say is true, then we wouldn't be surrounded by husbands and wives, which would contradict your second sentence.
