Don't Hurt Me
"What is love," Haddaway sings in his famous song "What is Love." This is a good question coming from a song most people only remember because of the movie Night at the Roxbury. I believe that love is a word that is tossed around a good bit these days. All around us love is used to describe lust and pleasure towards something, but very rarely used in the way that it was really supposed to. This really upsets me because love has such a deep meaning and when people toss the word love around, it devalues the meaning and makes it just another phrase. I believe that love should be a phrase we use when we really mean it because then, it makes it that much more special than if we say it constantly. So keep in mind as you go through your day to day lives that love isn't just another word it is valuable and something that you shouldn't take for granted.
