L.O.V.E.
Love is used very often now a days. People use love as if it is an ordinary word and has little meaning. The truth is, love is a very powerful word meaning to have strong, passionate affection for something or someone. Love can be true, real, puppy love, love at first sight, and love that ends roughly. People may love things that bring them bliss and pleasure. Love can bring good times and high spirits. Nevertheless, love can also bring tears and heartache. When someone loves another but that other does not return mutual feelings, the lover is left in a depression. The old love can be replaced with a new, more exciting adoration. Love can be sneaky, and creep up on you whenever you least expect to fall in love. Love gives warm feelings of great happiness and charm, and those feelings make you feel as if nothing else matters. Even though love can be a roller coaster of emotions, "Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all."-Alfred Lord Tennyson's poem In Memoriam:27, 1850.
