My Safe Haven

Many people feel like they must have something or someone to keep them safe. For a child, this could be a teddy bear, a favorite blanket, or even a parent. As an adult a security blanket might be money or a spouse. For me, I need to have both of my parents! They are the constant in my life and my rocks to lean on. Without them, I would be like a lost puppy dog looking for its master. Even if I only had just my mom or dad by themselves things would not function properly. With dad, I come to him with problems or whenever I need something major; he also works so that we all have money when we need it. On the other hand, mom also has a job and she budgets and balances the money they both earn! She is also the parent I go to for advice about boys or school. They need each other to function just as much as my brother and I need them! I love both of my parents to death, and they are deffinately the most valuable things to me.
