My Sense of Security

The thing would be most valuable to me would definetly be my family. Every one's immediate reaction to "What could you not live without?" are material things, but the way I see it is, if you never had those things, you culd easily live without them. So, for this matter, I will not say my cellphone, or my video games, or my facebook. I truly could not live without my family. Even if all my blood relatives were dead and I was shipped off to some other home to take care of me, I would have them, and they would become my family. I could not live without them because if I had no one in this world, I would be lonely and depressed. Family and friends are the stepping stones to happiness. In fact, i find a very thin line between the words family and friends, to me, they're the same. My family does bring me my sense of security, because without them, i would be all alone. With my family, I feel as if i can accomplish anything. Like Wang Lung's land, my family will always be there to pick me up when I've fallen. My family means the world to me and they bring peace into my life.
