Heroes in our lives...

There are many people we call heroes, but what does that really mean? To me, a hero is a person who will always do the right thing. They pose as good role models for the people around them. They are the people that take risks for the sake of others' health and well-being. The people who put aside themselves, their belongings, or just their time are heroes. Honestly though, a hero doesn't even really have to take any risks, to me, they just have to do something good for someone else. Such as donating to charity, or helping a neighbor move a heavy box. Heroes help people, even if they don't know who their helping is. So a hero can be anything from a police officer to a marine, or even a community volunteer. Anyone can be a hero, just by taking time to do something for the good of someone else. Disaster workers, soldiers, and doctors are all heroes, because they go out of their way to help the people around them in need. So if you're in need, there is almost always going to be someone out there to help.
