What is love?
"What is love? Baby don't hurt me, don't hurt me." Those are words from "What is Love?", an amazing song. The words are true. What it is love without hurting? Though it is wrong, it happens to everyone, or at least that's what I think. In every relationship, at one time or another, everyone experiences pain. Whether it be a fight, a breakup, or another reason, who knows? I think that love is when you care for someone more than you care for yourself. It means that you would do anything for that person, no matter what the cost is. The "cost" can be money, time, or even life. Love affects my life in many ways. If I didn't have parents that loved and cared for me, I wouldn't have food or clothes! Love and encouragement from friends can really be a moral booster and relaxer in times of stress from school, or just life at home. Love is shown in many ways, from a hug or kiss in the commons area, to asking the one you love to marry you, and spend the rest of their life with you. I believe that at our age, we are not old enough to know what "true" love is yet. As we grow older and gain experience with love, we will hopefully begin to understand what the words "true" love mean.

I agree that the song "what is love?" is an accurate representation of what happens in love.
