When I read the quote, "That there are no random acts. That we are all connected. That you can no more separate one life from another than you can separate a breeze from the wind," I believe it means one simple act can entirely affect another person's future. For example, choosing to drive when you're tired could mean the difference between you getting in a car wreck or you sleeping safely in your bed. It may not seem important at the time, but that one decision can alter the lives of many people.
Also, this quote means that there are no coincidences. Everything happens for a reason and God has a plan for everyone. Even though simple acts can have an immense effect on our future, they are meant to happen. When these acts occur, they can affect more than one person. With the domino effect, events can occur that change the course of life for the friends and families of the person whose life just got altered. When a person's life is changed in this way, it may affect the people who were supposed to have a role in making that person's life the way it should be or should have been.
Overall, making simple decisions can entirely affect how any person's life plays out. This quote has taught me to think before I act and realize the consequences not only for myself, but for the other people I come into contact with daily.
