A Web That Can't Be Broken

When the blue man told Eddie, "That there are no random acts. That we are all connected. That you can no more separate one life from another than you can separate a breeze from the wind," he didn't understand. I do. All of my actions, big or small, affect someone's life. All lives are like a web that can't be broken. I think that the blue man meant that lives impact other lives. If everything I do impacts someone else's life, then shouldn't I put some thought into my actions? The mere act of Eddie  grabbing his baseball ended someone's life. Me passing on a rumor about someone could cause them to commit suicide. That should scare me, but it just gives me the determination to be a better person and to make smarter decisions. We don't choose for our lives to be connected. They just are. The connection between human lives cannot be broken. No matter what we do, we will all be connected.
