Everyone is Connected

The phrase; "That there are no random acts. That we are all connected. That you can no more separate one life from another than you can separate a breeze from the wind." is meaningful in many ways. One way this phrase is meaningful to me is because it reminds me that everything happens for a reason. Sometimes, we may never understand why things happen as demonstrated in Mitch Albom's novel, The Five People You Meet in Heaven. Eddie does not understand why he meets the Blue Man at first but later finds out the importance he had in the Blue Man's life.
Everything you do affects the people around you. The person I am today is because of the people in my life such as my family, teachers, and all the people around me that have taught me everything I know today.  Many people in my life have taught me lessons I will remember for the rest of my life. Such as in the story when the Blue Man teaches Eddie that we are all connected.
Everyone's lives are connected. We influence each other without even realizing it. We may make a choice that changes someone's life without knowing we did anything. Eddie is a perfect example of this. He had no clue that he caused the Blue Man's death; he had never even met him. We are all affecting each others' lives without knowing.
