Life has it's ways. No one knows it's workings or how it functions. Though one thing is clear. That there are no random acts. That we are all connected. Everyday you carry out activities and actions that affect you and others around you without even knowing it.
This statement from the novel The Five People You Meet In Heaven really is important to me because it altered my way of thinking and my perspective of right and wrong. What this line means to me is that whatever you do, it impacts your life and everyone else's around you. In a few seconds, you could change a stranger's life without even knowing it.
It also means that you cannot avoid or separate acts of life. Everything you or someone else does has impact on you as a whole. There are no coincidences in life's workings. Just as the quote states, "That you can no more separate one life from another than you can separate a breeze from the wind." This has and always will have great importance on my journey through life.
