All Actions Effect Someone
The quote, "That there are no random acts. That we are all connected. That you can no more separate one life from another than you can separate a breeze from the wind." means your actions are going to effect another person even if it is in the smallest amount. Sometimes even if you're not trying to change a person's life you do. My cousin was born with a bad liver. Since his birth, he spent months in the hospital. In order for him to get another liver, another child had to pass away and the parents had to donate his/her organs. Fortunately, Smith was able to get a new liver. With how many children that are on the list of a needed liver, our whole family was sceptical about whether he would make it or not. Luckily for him, he got one. On the other hand another child's life was taken. Just from that child's parent's actions at least one other kid got to continue to live. The parents probably would never know of the children they helped. Their generosity of donating their child's liver changed a whole family's life.
