We Are All One Body

The quote, "There are no random acts. We are all connected. You can no more separate one life from another than you can separate a breeze from the wind," has a significant meaning. To me, everything in life happens for a reason and all of our lives are intertwined in some way.  Life is life, we are given the same opportunities.  My mother always worked very hard and instilled in me that education is the most important thing. I strongly feel if I was not surrounded by this positive influence it would affect my life.  I see a lot of my friends without positive role models.   I feel when there are no positive role models, wrong decisions are made. My mom always said to be a leader and not a follower.  I hope one day this will help some of my fellow classmates. Some of the changes are caused by others or others actions. We may not notice this at the current time but later in life it will reveal. Everything we do affect others. The affect we have on individuals can be good or bad, but we learn something from it. Tala, the girl in the story, was a great example of how your actions affect others.  Eddie burned Tala while in the war.  Tala and Eddie met in heaven; however, he was shocked to see her.  Tala informed Eddie of the fire and how she was burned.  Eddie was not aware that she remained in the building. This is an example of how our lives are intertwined.
God has everything planned out for us. We are one in the same, everybody needs somebody. We are all God's people and are meant to be as one.  The quote says, that you can not separate the breeze from the wind," which means that we are a package deal. In today's society, there is a true connection. No matter the gender, race, or economical status; we are all one body. So, instead of trying to separate one from another, we need to remember we are a whole.
